About the role

In this position, your duties as a Childcare Education Leader will include but not be limited to:

creating engaging educational programs that nurture child development

mentoring our education team to deliver excellence in childcare services

overseeing daily operations while maintaining regulatory compliance

building meaningful partnerships with families and the local community

driving continuous improvement through quality planning initiatives

ensuring adherence to national quality frameworks and government standards.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Diploma of Early Childhood Education essential

Min. 3 years Educational Leader/Coordinator experience (or similar) within the childcare sector

Current WWC check + relevant First Aid accreditations essential

Demonstrated expertise in developing/implementing high-quality early childhood education programs

Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard

Sound knowledge of the Law, ACT and National Quality Standard.
