As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Our 126-place centre, opened in 2020, features bright, spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed outdoor play areas to inspire learning and exploration.

Conveniently situated next to Morwell Central Primary School, offering unique opportunities to collaborate with school staff and strengthen community connections.

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
