As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.

As a Goodstart Senior Educator (aka Room Leader), you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

As a Goodstart Educational Leader, you’ll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. This role is above ratio, with ample time off the floor and time on the floor dedicated to supporting the growth and development of your team.

You’ll need:

Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Victorian Working with Children Check or VIT registration
