We are looking for an Educational Leader who shares a commitment to our values in honestly, accountability, excellence, respect, and teamwork. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will be in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices and guiding and mentoring educators.

Your Impact

As Educational Leader, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of educational programs in line with our OAC Grow Curriculum, EYLF, and NQS.
• Mentor, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
• Foster reflective practice, collaboration, and a culture of growth and profressional inquiry.
• Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, team, and community.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the centre's quality improvement plan (QIP)

Your Success

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated educational leadership experience.
• Team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices.
• Ability to communicate and connect with families.
• Deep understanding of the frameworks and regulations
• Availability to work full-time
