The Company
You’ll be joining a well-established national builder known for delivering complex, design-sensitive commercial projects across education, health, mixed-use and civic sectors. They’ve built a solid name in the market by backing their people and doing things properly. This team moves fast, works collaboratively, and wins the kind of projects that challenge and reward experienced operators.

The Role
As Senior PM, you’ll take full ownership of the project from start to finish. You’ll be supported by a strong CA and Site Manager and will work closely with the Construction Manager and internal teams to ensure delivery is on time, on budget and to spec.

You’ll be across the big picture and the day-to-day – managing stakeholders, running program and cost, and leading a team that knows what good looks like.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle on a $60M civic and community-focused build
• Coordinate consultants, internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and report on program, cost and quality across the board
• Maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders
• Lead a high-performing team through delivery and handover

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience delivering commercial projects of $30M+ as a Project Manager or Senior PM
• Strong leadership capability – you’re organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Excellent commercial and contract admin skills
• A background in head contractor environments within Victoria
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or similar

Salary & Start
A salary in the range of $240k–$290k, depending on experience.
