About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our growing team at The Skin Edit in Alkimos, WA. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar

Handling client inquiries and providing information about our services

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Receptionist or in a customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using standard office software and technology

A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

The ability to work well in a team and independently
