🔹 Responsibilities:

As a receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly greeting visitors and clients with a welcoming smile and positive attitude.

- Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.

- Managing correspondence, maintaining clinical and office supplies.

- Providing excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

🔹 Requirements:

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in Medical Reception will be highly regarded

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
