We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management, with expertise in SharePoint, Power Automate, Zappier, Java, HTML, JSON, Forms, Flows, CRM, Office 365, IT troubleshooting, IT support experience, Copilot, DevOps, Security, and resolving Windows-related issues. The candidate must hold a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) along with a bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunication, or a related field. Additionally, certification as a Microsoft Certified Engineer is required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's IT infrastructure and ensure its smooth operation.
Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain and optimize SharePoint, Power Automate, Zappier, and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage workflows, forms, and data processes using relevant tools.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, including Windows-related problems.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate IT solutions into business processes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to protect company data and assets.
Manage security incidents and breaches, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Perform daily backups.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Staff onboarding and training on Microsoft products like Office 365.
Manage networks, including routers and access points.
Manage systems using TeamViewer.
Perform security patch management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Telecommunication, or a related field.
Must have at least 5 years of IT experience.
Should be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and hold Microsoft Certified Engineer certification.
Extensive experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Zappier, Java, HTML, JSON, Forms, Flows, CRM, Office 365, and other relevant platforms.
Proven track record in IT management and leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must have knowledge of security and compliance, like App 8.
Experience in the NDIS or Aged Care industry is advantageous.
