About the Role:
Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a well-rounded Systems Administrator with Salesforce experience and certification, eager to use their technological skills and expertise on a worldwide stage. This person will manage and protect critical systems and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training and support, manage key IT projects, and assist with overall IT strategy. With Salesforce as our core cloud-based CRM, the role involves administration as well as deployment of new instances to our franchise teams around the world.
The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, integration and automation with a goal to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency and productivity. They must have excellent communication skills to provide IT support and training to internal staff, engage with suppliers and stakeholders locally and overseas, as well as create documentation when required.
This role is south Sydney based, with hybrid option, and reports directly to the Operations Manager.
ScoliCare operates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability and initiative. Many of our systems have been developed in-house, so we require an agile candidate who is quick to learn new programs and processes, and is keen to contribute to their ongoing development.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
Administer day-to-day Salesforce operations including user management, permissions, profiles, and sandbox refreshes
Implement new processes and maintain automation tools (Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules)
Monitor system performance, respond to support tickets, and troubleshoot issues related to data integrity and user experience
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, custom objects, and data management tools
Create and execute test plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Google Workspace & Core SaaS Tool Administration
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across our other cloud systems and applications including Google Workspace and in-house software.
Manage and support key SaaS platforms including Shopify, FormAssembly, Op Central, Zapier, and Apiant
Maintain platform configurations, enforce compliance, and provide user support
Manage tenant configurations, system integrations, and user provisioning
Support payment, finance, and communications tools including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Xero
Integration & Middleware Support
Oversee and improve integrations across systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, Google Workspace, and other third-party applications
Configure REST/SOAP APIs and middleware connectors
Support automated workflows and data syncing between systems, ensuring quality and compliance
Infrastructure & Security Management
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems and infrastructure hardware
Apply software updates, patches, and configurations
Set up, monitor, and respond to cybersecurity alerts
App Development Support & IT Projects
Coordinate with external IT contractors for app development, complex Salesforce projects, and other platform enhancements
Contribute to IT strategy and manage key technical projects
Documentation, Training & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and SOPs
Contribute to the internal knowledge base, empowering staff to self-resolve common issues
Deliver training sessions and onboarding for internal users and franchisees, including global support
Key skills & Qualifications:
Essential
3+ years in IT systems administration, including 2+ years in Salesforce administration.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator preferred).
Experience with SaaS tools (e.g., FormAssembly, Zapier) and platforms like Shopify, Xero, or 3CX.
Proficient in managing system integrations, APIs, and supporting app development
Preferred
Google Workspace Administrator certification.
Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with basic Apex, LWC, and CI/CD
Experience supporting remote teams or international franchises
Strong data quality, testing, and QA mindset
Experience with BI tools administration (especially Tableau)
