We are looking for an experienced IT Support and Systems Administrator to join a growing business in Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Information Systems and Security Manager, this role is important to the Platforms team. The key focus will be supporting and maintaining all company information systems, ensuring smooth operation for all stakeholders. Candidates with deep experience using MS Entra ID should apply.

Key Responsibilities
•Act as the first point of contact for IT support, assisting staff with technical issues
•Set up and configure workstations tailored to user needs, following the company’s standard operating environments (SOEs)
•Stay current with IT security best practices and apply them effectively
•Install, configure, and support IT hardware and software for end-users
•Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT-related problems
•Manage Helpdesk tickets efficiently, prioritising tasks to minimise delays and keep systems running smoothly
•Work independently, take initiative, and handle a variety of tasks without close supervision

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
•Strong experience with MS Entra ID and mobile device management (MDM) administration
•Solid understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
•Familiarity with backup solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments
•Hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, printers, digital signage, and AV setups
•Proficient in using scripting tools like PowerShell and Bash
•Experience with incident management systems
•Knowledge of IT asset management practices
•Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a plus
