In this Director level role, Head of Strategic Financial Partnering you will be at the helm of driving exceptional business performance with a laser focus on transformation and accelerated outcomes. Your ability to lead, engage and coach your teams will be paramount as they oversee financial planning and analysis and foster seamless business partnerships across the organisation. This position empowers you to deliver insightful analysis that influences strategic decision-making, optimises financial performance across the P&L and investment portfolio, and enhances operational efficiency within the finance function. Moreover, you will be instrumental in crafting medium and long-term financial strategies, managing performance reporting, and serving as a trusted advisor to the CFO. Your customer-centric mindset, adeptness in uniting diverse stakeholders and a proven track record of leadership and coaching will set you apart.

Your track record:

• Deep financial planning & partnering experience within complex $Billion+ asset based business.
• A minimum of 10+ years in senior management roles, ideally at both Group and Divisional level.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, a knack for navigating complex environments.
• A creative thinker who approaches challenges with innovation and outside-the-box solutions.
• Proven experience managing intricate issues and fostering effective people management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex information with clarity to Board-level audiences.
