The Role:

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a conduit between the customer and our internal teams. Many of our brands manage extended supply timelines, meaning the Customer Service Team is essential for keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the process.

This position is full-time and based in Geebung, QLD. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring a great customer experience for a diverse portfolio of companies.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely responses to customer enquiries.
  • Update and maintain customer records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate notes and follow-ups.
  • Make proactive follow-up calls to keep customers updated on orders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks supporting the operations team.
  • Process warranty claims.
  • Interpret and communicate information clearly, aligning with company policies and procedures.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Exposure to industries like wholesale, construction, or subcontracting is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • A customer-first approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make decisive, informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience working across multiple businesses or industries.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM will be highly regarded
