We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a global electrical equipment supplier. In this role, you will identify and fulfil customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Answering product and service questions, handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure a great customer experience is delivered
• Handles customer complaints in the first instance and escalations where required
• Take telephone and email orders from customers and enter sales orders into ERP system (SAP)
• Maintain accurate records
• Issue picking slips for orders
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service
• Nominate and monitor customer order delivery dates
• Provide support with any coordination or administration activities

About you:

• Professional, friendly and empathic attitude

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Ability and experience working in a dynamic, fast pace environment
• Experience working with mainstream ERP system SAP
• Experience working with a mainstream CRM system Microsoft Dynamics
