Customer Service Representative

Our client is a well-established tech innovator and a market leader in B2B solutions. Due to substantial growth within their Sydney CBD office, we are now recruiting for their Customer Service division.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Addressing business queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution, through inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.
• Engaging with non-transacting customers, address concerns, and facilitate transactions.
• Contributing to maintaining a low merchant churn rate.
• Handling customer cancellations with the aim of resolving issues and retaining customers.
• Reviewing reports and develop action plans to proactively retain customers.
• Providing education to merchants on product features and basic terminal usage.
  

About you:

• Previous experience in a phone-based role with client retention experience highly regarded.
• A background in banking or financial products would be ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• An ability to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to problem solve in a timely and confident manner.
