Description

• Develop and implement safety training programs to enhance safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with state safety regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures.
• Facilitate safety training sessions for employees and management.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain training records.
• Assist in developing safety policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety within the organisation.
• Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments.

Profile

A successful Safety Training Lead should have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement safety training programs.
