The Role:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of our clients email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns across global markets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in creating highly personalised, localised, and engaging campaigns that drive customer retention and growth. With plenty of exciting new projects on the horizon, this role offers global exposure and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, and push notifications) in line with the overall marketing calendar, brand guidelines, and business goals.
- Oversee audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalised, targeted content for key markets.
- Optimise CRM performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and process improvements to increase deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Audit and enhance email and SMS automation flows to elevate customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports, share insights with stakeholders, and apply key learnings to future campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to brief creative assets that align with campaign goals.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure CRM efforts are integrated seamlessly across all channels.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience working with Klaviyo (Ideally), specialising in CRM, email marketing, automation, and flows.
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Shopify+, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Yotpo (highly regarded).
- A proven track record in automation and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience within the online retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in the retail space
- Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- International experience
