Responsibilities :

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Contribute to the preparation and execution of a seasonal, European-inspired menu

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth service

Assist with ordering, stock control, and general kitchen organization

  • Foster a respectful, team-focused, and unpretentious work environment
About You :

Previous experience as a Sous Chef with strong ambition to become Head Chef

Confident in European cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients

Calm, organized, and efficient in a busy kitchen

Passionate about honest, well-executed food without fuss

Values balance, collaboration, and working in a down-to-earth team
