With nearly 20 years of consistent acclaim, this venue is now offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Sous Chef to step in and play a key role in shaping its future.

What do you do?

• Lead, mentor and inspire the kitchen team to maintain a positive, high-performance culture.
• Oversee kitchen operations across the restaurant, wine bar, and events space.
• Work closely with the owner to align on vision and strategic direction.
• Introduce and uphold systems and processes that drive consistency and efficiency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control and food costs.
• Be hands-on in service, ensuring every dish meets the venue’s high standards.
• Train and support junior chefs, encouraging skill development and accountability.

What do you need?

• Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a busy, high-quality kitchen.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a genuine passion for mentoring others.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain operational systems and processes.
• A respect for tradition, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and structure.
• A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to work across a varied and evolving offering.
