On behalf of our client, a reputable financial services firm based in Perth, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a short-term contract basis for 5 - 6 weeks.

In this standalone role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fast-paced position that requires a proactive and experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running and add immediate value.

This role will be recruiting multiple roles across all levels and across different states. The role reports into the Senior HR Business Partner. This role will also provide generalist support to the HR team.

This ideal candidate will be a confident recruiter and have experience in a standalone Recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles nationally

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs

Source, screen, and interview candidates

Coordinate and manage offers and onboarding processes

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition roles

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes

Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
