Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for sourcing top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

What you'll do:
- You will focus on sourcing top talent through various channels, including Linked In, job boards, and creative sourcing methods.
- You will review and screen applicants, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach through to interviews, feedback, and extending offers.
- You will work closely with hiring managers to provide updates, align on priorities, and ensure an efficient and collaborative recruitment process.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- You will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
What you bring:
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally in house within a corporate or financial services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Proven ability or aptitude to source and qualify a diverse pool of candidates using platforms like Linked In
- Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work effectively independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong work ethic with high sense of urgency and results-driven mindset
