Temporary Talent Sourcer – Opportunity to Go Permanent
Location: Pymble, Sydney
Start date: ASAP start, 2-3 months initially
Position: Full-Time Temporary (with potential to go perm)
Salary: $40-$50 per hour + super, negotiable depending on experience

The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our client's People and Culture team. This role is designed to provide administrative support in the recruitment process, ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of top talent. The position offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition consultants and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Communicate the company's value proposition and culture to potential candidates, enhancing the employer brand.
- Assist with the preparation of recruitment-related correspondence and other administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing within a Talent Acquisition setting is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Awareness of current talent acquisition trends and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Possess a sense of urgency and a 'can-do' approach.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word.
