Elite Resource Australia is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team immediately for a long-term project in Currumbin Valley, QLD.

About the Role:

�� Operating excavators with drill rig attachments to drill holes
�� Working on slope stabilisation and rock catch fencing projects
�� Must have experience operating in tight and challenging areas
�� When not operating, must be willing to assist other crews and perform manual labouring tasks
⏳ Working 10-hour days, 5-6 days a week

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience operating excavators, especially in tight spaces
✅ Experience with drill rig attachments is highly regarded
✅ Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
✅ Ability to work in challenging terrain
✅ Willingness to assist with general labouring duties as required
✅ Essential: Experience in a ‘duck’ (wheeled excavator – around 16t capacity) and drilling experience
✅ Reliable and available for long-term work
