About the Role

As our new Procurement Officer (Facilities), you’ll play a critical role in creating exceptional experiences for both our internal teams and external partners. This is your chance to build strong supplier relationships, negotiate great deals, and keep our operations running smoothly — all while supporting a safe, vibrant office environment.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety — you’ll be sourcing contractors, overseeing office facilities, coordinating building maintenance activities, managing procurement projects, and bringing the fun by organising internal office events with our fantastic People and Culture team!

Key Highlights

Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality

Be the go-to person for everything facilities and procurement

Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers

Collaborate across teams and build strong supplier partnerships

Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions getting the best product for the best price

Organise and lead internal events to boost team culture in collaboration with People and Culture

Contribute to innovation by improving procurement strategies

We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and high energy approach

Office or Business Management experience (essential)

Strong negotiation skills and advanced Microsoft Office abilities

A team player who’s also confident working independently

Facilities management experience? That’s a bonus!

Qualifications:

Degree in Administration or equivalent
