About the Team

Costa Group is in the final stages of forming a dedicated project team to lead the delivery of a transformational Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform and now seek an Agricultural Procurement Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

Working closely with Procurement Managers and Operations, the Agricultural Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the S2P system.

Key responsibilities include:

actively supporting system adoption and continual process improvement

procurement process mapping and designing

ensuring purchasing activities are effectively transitioned into the system

catalogue management to support the operations teams within the agricultural sector

engaging with main stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition

developing feedback communication loops to create a continual improvement cycle within the business

About You

We seek candidates with:

highly developed analytical skills, including experience with process mapping and data analysis

experience supporting system implementations, particularly ERP or S2P systems (SAP and Coupa), will be an advantage

minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement is essential, with a preference for knowledge of the agricultural or horticultural industry

familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
