With an existing book of $2.5 million in insolvency-related work, one of the firm’s Principals is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded insolvency lawyer to assist in taking the lead on servicing and growing this practice. The work is there – but the capacity isn’t. That’s where you come in.

About You
You may currently be:

• A Senior Associate or Special Counsel ready to step into a Partner title

• A confident operator in insolvency and restructuring, with experience in both contentious and advisory matters
• Commercial, decisive, and energetic – not a conservative or slow litigator
• Ready to possibly bring across a junior team member (Associate or SA level) or build one with firm support
