An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Environment & Planning Associate / Senior Associate to join a leading team based in the Sydney CBD. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful matters involving state and Commonwealth governments, as well as local councils.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on developments in planning and environmental legislation

Assist with the exercise of council functions and statutory powers

Provide guidance on the categorisation of land use and planning instruments

Deliver strategic advice and advocacy in both advisory and litigation contexts
