Human Resources Officer
Type: Permanent Part-Time (28 hours/week)
Pay: $43.08/hour + Super
Award: Social, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 4.1
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Develop and implement HR policies
Provide HR guidance to team leaders
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
Maintain HR records and assist with audits
Requirements:
HR qualifications with 2+ years’ experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
NDIS industry experience (desirable)

Disability Support Worker
Type: Casual
Pay: $31 – $47/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with medication, meals, and social activities
Build positive relationships with participants
Maintain accurate case notes
Requirements:
Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or related field
NDIS Screening Check, Police Check, WWCC
Valid driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance

Rostering Officer
Type: Permanent Part Time 15 hours per week, with opportunity to pick up more hours.
Pay: $37.35/ hour + Super
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage staff rosters
Ensure coverage for all shifts and services
Communicate effectively with staff regarding availability and changes
Maintain rostering systems and databases
Collaborate with HR and management to support workforce planning
Requirements:
Experience in rostering or scheduling (NDIS sector preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in rostering software and Microsoft Office
