Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Chandler Macleod, you’ll be client facing, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs. You’ll manage accounts, build relationships, and maintain existing partnerships while contributing to the success of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding candidates through effective interviewing and induction processes
• Managing staff performance and providing training and development support
• Attending client meetings and nurturing key relationships
• Building and managing a desk of Industrial candidates
• Driving safety initiatives and maintaining a commitment to a safe working environment
• Following clear processes and compliance guidelines to ensure high quality recruitment practices
