To support our continued success, we're seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer / Workforce Planner to assist with the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and rostering for our national workforce.
About the Role
As a key member of the People and Culture team, you’ll work closely with State Installation Managers and Project Managers to identify workforce needs and manage recruitment across Credo’s installation, retail, administrative, and management teams.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your ability to think critically and act decisively will be vital. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and refine recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates to our growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume casual roles
Partnering with internal teams to forecast staffing needs
Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
Daily workforce scheduling based on project requirements
Organising travel and logistics for the mobile workforce
Ensuring phones are monitored or correctly diverted during business hours
Maintaining accurate employee records and data entry
Supporting ongoing workforce planning and resourcing needs
This role would suit a skilled labour hire recruiter or high-volume recruitment consultant seeking a new challenge in an internal setting.

Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
Background in casual or high-volume recruitment (essential)
Experience in trades, retail, or labour hire recruitment (highly regarded)
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively alongside a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience with workforce scheduling and rostering systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Humanforce or Time Target (desirable)
