You'll be joining us in a Recruitment Consultant role - sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process as well as new business development and developing existing relationships with our clients.

What we're looking for:

• Resourcing or 360 recruitment experience (Tech is preferred but not a requirement)
• Ambitious, driven & resilient individuals with a desire to improve and progress in your career
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow your business
• Confidence to communicate clearly with candidates and clients on a daily basis
• Proactive, go-getter attitude

What you'll be doing:

• You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
• Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes
• Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
• Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
• Become an expert in one of our technology markets
