An exciting opportunity for Corporate Services Manager/ GM of Finance to join a fast growing organisation in Sydney's CBD. This organisation is a global leader in trading and investment, operating across a broad range of industries including resources, chemicals, steel, and renewable energy.

This role will oversee all administrative, financial, and compliance functions for its Australian entities and play a pivotal role in the company's operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and management of all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial closing and reporting, and the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls.
• Lead HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy, and compliance.
• Supervise legal and regulatory compliance across Australian entities.
• Support trading, investment, and business development with sound corporate operations and risk management.
• Coordinate with global headquarters on reporting, planning, and performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture and manage administrative operations.

About You

• Extensive (10+ years) experience in corporate management, accounting, finance, or administrative leadership role
• Experience within a multinational organisation is desirable
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, tax law, corporate governance, labour law, and business regulations.
• Proven success in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills - Korean language skills are a plus.
• CPA, CA, or MBA preferred.
