Purpose Led Disability Services organisation requires a Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial function with a strategic focus on sustainability, compliance and growth.

Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insights to support executive decision-making. Champion financial integrity and lead a high-performing finance team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days based in the Parramatta office.

The Role

Strategic Financial Leadership - forward looking analysis, insightful financial reports, board advisory

Financial Operations and Compliance - oversee income and expenditure, lead preparation and payment of tax obligations, monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting, oversee internal audits and drive compliance

Management of Financial Activities - oversee day to day financial operations

Program Funding and Claims Oversight - Collaborate with the SIL Claims Officer to align staffing ratios and funding with operational demands and industrial obligations. Integrate SIL and Community financial reporting into monthly board reports, highlighting funding utilisation, trends, and variances.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping

5 years previous commercial experience

Strong Financial Reporting experience required

Solid financial analytics experience and the ability to impact profitability

Previous experience with Taxation, eg Payroll Tax, BAS and FBT

Previous experience in MYOB is essential

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment - organised and detail oriented

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Previous experience in Disability Services, funding and NDIS is essential
