A dynamic, market leading forward-looking industrial services organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its corporate finance team. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality reporting, compliance, and accounting governance, while contributing to strategic insights across the group.

You will work closely with senior finance leaders, including the CFO and Corporate Finance Leaders, and lead a small team responsible for financial reporting, technical accounting, and continuous improvement initiatives across payroll, forecasting, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, organisational consolidation and CFO reporting
• Financial governance – including managing corporate cost centres and overseeing payroll accounting
• Coordinate half-year and year-end external audits
• Guide the implementation of new accounting standards
• Review key balance sheet reconciliations (ERP)
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and other teams to ensure accurate, compliant reporting
• Support ad hoc projects including commercial analysis and M&A activity
• Mentor and develop a small team of financial accountants
• Identify and integrate continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• CA/CPA qualification with strong technical accounting knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and audit liaison
• Demonstrated proactive leadership - experience leading finance function and coaching others
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across varied functions
• A continuous improvement mindset with hands-on ERP systems knowledge
• A high degree of commercial acumen
• The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
