THE OPPORTUNITY:
Client Solutions Manager: Supporting the existing customer base to help the property owner and their stakeholders to further enhance, support and grow their smart building footprint. Candidates need to be located in Sydney or Melbourne and must have a passion for continued learning about new technology and be driven to provide great customer communication and support.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
To succeed in our business you will be creative, energetic and enthusiastic with great technical abilities. Our sales positions require attention to detail and collaboration with the wider sales and delivery teams.
Sales and technical background is desirable but not essential however a passion for cutting edge technology and great customer service is of utmost importance. Some of the backgrounds and qualifications may include:
Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, IT or Building Services
Trade background in Electrical, communications or Refrigeration
Business background in Sales, marketing, financial or administration
ABOUT YOU:
A passion for success and a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service and building long term trust-based relationships.
Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, real estate agents & facilities management.
An understanding of technology, automation, property management, and IT are all beneficial, however, these are not essential skills, more importantly is a willingness to learn on the job.
