This organisation is embarking on a strategic upgrade of its commercial office spaces and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the charge. You'll work closely with an Asset Manager to deliver a range of high-impact projects - all with the goal of creating functional, modern, and accessible workplaces across Queensland.

What You'll Do

• Deliver commercial office fit-outs (starting with a brand-new site in Ipswich)
• Manage the consolidation and refurbishment of multi-storey office floors in metropolitan Brisbane
• Oversee capital works programs and upgrades to existing facilities
• Support the rollout of a new property asset management system (including setup, testing, and data migration)
• Engage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle

About You

• 3+ years’ experience managing commercial property or fit-out projects
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Property, Construction, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and people on track
• Strong communication and coordination skills - you’re great at keeping everyone in the loop
• A hands-on mindset with an eye for both detail and big-picture delivery
