About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domestic Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role overseeing residential renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate domestic renovation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, laundries)

Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure efficient project delivery

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication

Control budgets, schedules, and procurement

Ensure projects comply with QBCC requirements, WHS regulations, and Australian Standards

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues

Prepare and submit required project documentation and reports

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager in domestic construction or renovations

Strong knowledge of QBCC and Australian Building Standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Trade background or relevant qualification (desirable)

QBCC licence or ability to obtain (preferred)

Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
