The Opportunity
As our Joinery Project Manager, you'll spearhead high-end residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. You'll guarantee our exacting standards for quality and timelines are met while serving as the principal liaison between clients, designers, and our skilled craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership: Manage all project phases including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Technical Oversight: Review CAD drawings, guide fabrication processes, and resolve technical challenges
• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and strategic procurement
• Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to Australian OHS and joinery standards (AS/NZS 2683)
• Client Relations: Act as primary contact for discerning clients and building professionals
• Process Innovation: Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance project delivery
• Site Management: Conduct precision measurements and supervise installation teams

Your Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience managing luxury joinery/cabinet-making projects
• Demonstrated success delivering high-value joinery projects
• Proficiency in CabMaster or similar joinery-specific software
• Valid NSW White Card and driver's license
