About the Role:
As Project Manager, you’ll play an essential role in planning, delivering, and reviewing a range of minor and major capital works projects across South Australia.

• This is a temporary contract role (up to 12 months) with the potential to become permanent.
• Onsite role, Adelaide CBD based
• Up to $110k salary package
• Ensure the organisation’s facility needs are met through innovative, fit-for-purpose capital projects.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery - from feasibility, budgeting, and design briefs to execution, monitoring, and review.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee project documentation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and budget tracking.
• Deliver practical, value-for-money solutions that align with strategic operational goals.

About You:
You are a project manager with a passion for delivering high-quality capital works and facilities projects. You thrive in dynamic environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and are driven by achieving the best outcomes for your organisation and its stakeholders.

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
• Familiarity with government capital project frameworks and procurement processes.
• A current Australian driver’s licence.
