4WD Supacentre is the home of the much-loved brand Adventure Kings specialising in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products. As a fast-growing, customer-centric business, we are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Project Manager to support our product development and supplier operations.

About You

You’re a proactive, motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. In this role, you’ll coordinate product samples, support supplier relationships, and ensure clear communication with Mandarin-speaking manufacturers. You bring strong Mandarin and English skills, enjoy working with both data and people, and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

You'll bring:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn on the job
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
• Confidence working independently and managing your time effectively
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A proactive, solutions-focused work ethic and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Proven experience in project coordination, supply chain, or procurement

The Role

Based at our Brendale, QLD office, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end product sampling process and supporting communication between local teams and overseas suppliers. Your ability to track progress, maintain accurate records, and navigate cross-cultural environments will be key to your success.

Your Mission:

• Coordinate product sample requests and monitor their progress from sourcing to testing
• Track sample status using internal systems and maintain up-to-date reports
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update supplier databases and spreadsheets
• Support supplier performance reviews and escalate issues as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to align project timelines and product needs
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required by your manager
