Responsibilities for this role include:

Operations

· Set up new projects and obtain documentation ready for review

· Ensure ground crew have all information required for works and forms uploaded for completion

· Maintain relevant project registers and provide administrative support

· Provide procurement support for new suppliers and ordering materials

· Book accommodation as required

· Maintain project documentation and assist with project reporting

· Support Project Manager with project planning and budget management

HSE

· Assist with equipment maintenance and asset management

· Review records and work with project team to schedule servicing of plant

· Assist with recording faults and scheduling repairs

· Maintain plant and equipment records to ensure compliance

Human Resources

· Facilitate and manage new employee onboarding

· Prepare payroll for review

· Assist with company communication documentation

· Support business system management and suggest opportunities to streamline workflows

Quality Assurance

· Prepare project close out documentation and identify any missing information

· Undertake site inspections to review quality of work

Highly Regarded skills:

Project administration experience in civil construction (desirable)

Microsoft Office Suite Experience (essential)

Current valid Driver's License (essential);
