Solar Project Manager

Job Description

l Our company business: solar power / energy storage / solar cabins

l PM works start from signed contracts & handover via OA system by sales

l Take in charge of the execution and management of all the projects for both household and commercial/industrial applications, this mainly include

- Receive project handover from sales team

- Organize project kick-off meeting

- Communicate with customers to make clarifications to get ready for execution

- Apply for grid portal approval on behalf of customers

- Procurement of goods from sub-suppliers

- Contact with installers and book site installation

- Communicate with customers and installers to settle the schedule of site works

- Apply on platforms and trace the government rebates (STC/PRC/VIC gov rebates etc)

- Monitor customer payment and project accounting report

- Archive project documentation both soft and hard copies after completion of projects

l Lead the project execution by collaborating closely with sales team, technical staff, product factory engineers, financial team as well as installers to get the project executed smoothly and successfully.

l Summarize, collect and archive various project documents for each project and maintain a clear and traceable archive of all the executed projects.

l Aftersales services if any.

Requirement

l With a strong sense of responsibility in project execution and management.

l More than One (1) year’s working experience in the fields of solar & energy storage in Australia and knowledge of the policy and procedure of such projects in QLD/NSW/VIC.

l Practical experience of solar projects execution and STC/PRC trading.

l Practical experience of working with installers for solar & energy storage projects.

l Experience of working in a solar company as a project execution role or similar positions is highly preferred and will be considered with priority.

l Good communication & interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
