Welcome to STRONG Pilates – an elite Pilates Studio focused on Strength and Conditioning and inspired by Cardio.

Our STRONG Pilates Studio at Sunnybank are looking for a Studio Manager to lead their team! Our Studio Manager at STRONG plays a vital role at our Studio through their delivery of classes that align with Strong guidelines, inspire, and make a positive difference to individual lives and our community as a whole, as well as running the Studio.

STRONG Pilates is a new and innovative concept (as per video below). With its own Academy, becoming a Studio Manager at STRONG means obtaining a unique qualification – leading to an increased and highly regarded skillset! We will fund the Academy cost for the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring OH&S Standards are always upheld

Delivering classes in alignment to Strong standards

Facilitating a supportive, nurturing and client focused atmosphere

Sales (in conjunction with our Membership Sales Consultant)

Management of the team (Strong Pilates Instructors)

Knowledge & Experience:

Strong interest in Pilates and desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others

Some experience instructing or coaching Group Fitness Classes

Minimum two years of experience in a Client / Customer facing role

Exceptional communication – written and verbal

Experience in sales (highly regarded)

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Fitness

First Aid

CPR

Insurance

Blue Card
