Mackay & Sons Demolition are currently seeking an experienced Demolition Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Demolition Project Coordinator will oversee all administrative tasks for the project including but not limited scheduling, first point of contact for the client, managing multiple live projects, ensuring all relevant paperwork and certificates are obtained and collated.

Duties & Skills

Plan and schedule the different stages of the demolition projects

Maintain information on project management software platforms such as: Procore (experience is advantageous but not required)

Preparation and collation of WPHS Site Docs, Form 65 etc

Weekly and monthly scheduling of projects

Document and file management

Experience and knowledge of Demolition industry, asbestos standards etc is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in the demolition industry, advantageous.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel)

High attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills required

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology, follow and improve systems, processes.

Excellent time management ability to oversee and push projects along and interact with internal and external clients and suppliers.
