About the role
As a Relationship Manager (Customer Success Representative), you’ll be at the heart of our customer lifecycle—guiding new customers through hypercare, driving product adoption, nurturing long-term relationships, and maximising customer satisfaction.
You’ll be their go-to resource from day one, after sales, ensuring they get the most out of our platform and experience the full value of our ecosystem.
This is a proactive, high-touch role focused on building trust, driving feature engagement, and preventing churn—especially during the crucial first four months of a customer's journey.
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers during hypercare and ensure a smooth transition into the platform
Continue relationship-building post-hypercare with wider base, by maintaining regular communication and ensuring ongoing engagement to selected customer cohorts
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact
Deliver white-glove, concierge-level service to our highest-value customers
Take a hands-on approach during billing cycles to ensure customers are making payments on time
Provide ongoing education and training to customers to ensure they are maximising the value of the platform
Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement
Proactively address customer concerns and issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely and effective manner
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers
Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive retention and growth
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, Relationship / Account Management, or a client-facing role in fintech, SaaS, or loyalty/rewards platforms
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external partners, with a proven record of client retention
Mature and accountable approach to goals, targets, and commitments to the business and to partners
Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
Positive can-do attitude, strong written and verbal skills, trustworthy and a team player
Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM’s is critical
