In order to put our exciting expansion plan for 2025 into action, we are currently offering (black-belt digital marketing ninjas only!) an opportunity to join our team.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager at AIA, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients and overseeing the strategy and onboarding of new clients. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients to understand the steps they need to take to grow their business from a marketing and advertising perspective, ensuring they are empowered with the right strategies and insights for success.

You will be a part of a small and dedicated team, with your primary focus being building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their success by coordinating our services.

Be the Client Advocate: Build trust and rapport, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their needs and goals.

Driving Client Success: Oversee the entire client journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding, maximising value from our services, and exceeding expectations.

Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse client data to identify opportunities for improvement and consult on strategies to optimise their success.

Central Hub of Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client goals.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing agency offering SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing, demonstrating your ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results.

• A passion for customer success and a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.

• Strong ability to manage expectations and timelines, ensuring smooth client onboarding, project execution, and ongoing success.

• Experience collaborating with internal teams to translate digital marketing strategies into effective client solutions.

• Excellent communication skills that allow you to build rapport with clients, clearly explain complex topics, and collaborate effectively within the team.

• A dedication to a client-centric approach, where you prioritise client needs and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and build long-term partnerships.

• A collaborative mindset that thrives in a team environment while also allowing you to excel as an individual contributor.
