📣 We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor – Social Housing Maintenance (Wollongong and surrounding areas)

We are a leading property maintenance company committed to quality service and supporting the community. We're currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the Illawarra region, focusing on social housing maintenance and repairs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair activities on-site

Allocate and manage tradespeople and subcontractors

Order and manage materials for timely job completion

Communicate clearly with clients, tenants, and team members

Read and interpret work orders and job documentation

Ensure work is completed to safety and quality standards

✅ Requirements:

Solid knowledge of older property repairs and maintenance (trade background preferred)

Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple tasks

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to read work orders and assess repair needs

Good communication skills and client-facing experience

Current driver’s licence
