The Opportunity
As our Manager of Growth & Partnerships, you’ll play a critical role in driving program participation, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening referral and stakeholder relationships. You’ll lead a small business development team, but this is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who enjoys strategy and delivery in equal measure.
You’ll use your experience in employment services, training, or not-for-profit sectors to develop pipelines, manage CRM activity, and champion new partnerships that support growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Engagement
• Drive program growth through strategic lead generation and referral partnerships
• Collaborate with community organisations, government agencies, and networks to boost participation
• Identify and pursue new contracts, markets, and growth opportunities
Team Leadership
• Lead, support, and coordinate a small, agile Business Development team
• Monitor performance and provide coaching aligned to practical growth outcomes
• Help set KPIs and keep the team focused on high-impact efforts
CRM & Reporting
• Oversee Zoho CRM activity, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility
• Provide executive-level reporting on engagement, conversion, and stakeholder insights
• Identify opportunities to streamline systems and reporting processes
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
• A strong background in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement
• Experience in the employment, training, or not-for-profit sectors
• Demonstrated success in managing pipelines and growth activity
• CRM experience and confidence in data reporting
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to work across strategy and delivery
• A collaborative, proactive, and impact-driven mindset
Previous leadership or team coordination experience is desirable, but not essential.
