We are a Melbourne based Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service, Repair and Installation company based in Clayton.
Our objective is to keep our customers kitchens productive and operating efficiently by ensuring their equipment is serviced and maintained to the highest level. This also incorporates super fast response to requests and management of the jobs in progress.
We achieve this by providing a broad range of technical services which cover all the equipment types that you would find within the commercial kitchen environment.
We are currently seeking a motivated and suitably qualified individual to join our team as an administration assistant
Duties will include:
- Taking customer calls and managing the customers queries (many and varied)
- Monitoring and actioning emails that come into the service inbox
- Booking, scheduling and managing service calls
- Booking, scheduling and managing maintenance works
- Providing assistance in the scheduling of installation works
- Setting up and then maintaining maintenance schedules for customer sites
- Setting up and then maintaining customer account and site details
- Other general administrative office duties as required.
Qualities that we are looking for are:
- Awesome customer service skills.
- Well organised
- Prior experience in a service scheduling/coordination role
- Great computer skills
- Have a proactive and lateral thinking approach to resolving issues
- A professional presentation - appearance, written and verbal.
- The ability to work autonomously
- Experience with Simpro an advantage
