Office Support - Admin Role

Location: Based in Mitcham, 3132, VIC

As our business grows, we’re seeking a capable and experienced Construction Administrator / Office Support who understands the pace and demands of the building & renovations industry.

About the Role

This is a critical support role for someone who has prior experience working in a building company or renovations business. You’ll handle the admin and coordination tasks that keep our renovation projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office admin, calls & emails

Schedule client appointments & site visits

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors & clients

Prepare quotes, variations & project documentation

Oversee compliance paperwork & subcontractor onboarding

Process purchase orders & track materials

Support accounts payable (supplier invoices, timesheets)

Use project management software (ServiceM8 or SimPro)

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

At least 2 years’ experience in a building company or renovations business (ideally more)

A solid understanding of construction workflows & terminology

Confidence dealing with trades, suppliers & clients

Strong organisational skills & attention to detail

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with Windows PC & Laptops

Familiarity with Xero
