About You:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations including:

Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day retail operations.

Leading a small team of Trained and experienced staff.

Manage team performance, conduct training, staff performance reviews, and support individual development plans.

Deliver strong customer service standards, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and responsive.

Maintain stock levels, manage ordering to align with seasonal promotions.

Stock control including deliveries, ticketing, and display.

Staff rostering, scheduling, cash handling, Banking.

Oversee visual merchandising ensuring displays reflect current offers.

Ensure Ordering and POS systems are accurately maintained for products and efficient processing.

Submit weekly performance reports - sales data, insights, and improvements.

What can you bring to this position?

3–5 years’ retail experience in everyday lifestyle items.

Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

Strong understanding of POS systems and order management tools.

High-level communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and rosters to meet business needs.

Organised, results oriented, a proactive attitude.

38 hours pw within 8.30 to 5.30 – may include a morning 9 to 12.on alternate weekends
